Only God knows the fate of India!!!

In a huge country like India, there is no dearth of talent and neither is there a dearth of resources. Today, despite talent, young men are lagging behind women.

This is a social problem as well as a problem. In India, women were bound by many evil practices which became a big obstacle for family development. In India, the male society has also contributed a lot for the upliftment of women, while some women have also struggled by ignoring all the evil practices of the society.

A good family is identified by education. The income of that family changes the social system and lifestyle. This is possible only when women are educated and employed.

The government has also encouraged women upliftment by giving stipend which is also very commendable.

It is very important for a woman or a man to be educated in today's era but there are some problems in the society which have become disappointing for the elite society. One of my friends said that at the age of 49, I have never felt as humiliated as I am feeling today. He further said that my experience had become my weakness. I got work on the basis of my experience and was getting a decent salary but a woman who was more educated and younger than me ruined my experience. On asking the reason, he said that my salary was Rs. 31500 per month. The work that I do, a woman agreed to do it for a salary of only Rs. 15000. As a result, the owner kept that woman and showed me the way out. Now you tell me why would anyone want to keep me at this age when people are ready to do the same work for a lower salary?

On hearing the above, a thought came to my mind that that woman should also be questioned. I had curiosity in my mind, so I made an excuse to meet that woman and tried by hook or by crook but did not succeed.

Then I made my way to that company by citing unemployment. After all the questions and answers, when I was asked about the salary, I said a maximum of ten thousand. On hearing this, the HR of the company asked me to wait and went to his boss. During that time, I was waiting for the HR very anxiously. The impatience ended when the HR gave me a letter saying that you can join the company from next Monday. I was surprised. My eagerness to meet that woman increased and I did not know how a week passed. When I went to the company on Monday, I found the same woman who was working on a salary of only 15000 rupees but was very sad. I took her introduction and also gave my introduction. In the course of our conversation, I asked her the reason for her sadness. She did not want to say anything but angrily said that if the company gets a free worker, then they can throw out someone without thinking about their helplessness.

My courage increased and I asked, you are promising, you are married, looking at you, it does not seem that you need any work! Then that woman said, there is nothing like that, my husband is an agent in an insurance company, he gets only 18000 rupees as commission in a month, we have a new household due to which I have to work outside so that the day passes well.

That woman spoke both happy and sad things, then while leaving I told that woman that you can go to your work again tomorrow, I do not need a job. I had to reach you, that is why I have reached you by pretending to be an unemployed person. That woman asked the reason, then I mentioned the incident that happened with my friend. She did look disappointed on hearing this but I kept walking from there.

Today women work at low salaries due to many reasons, women from well-off families work at low salaries to pass time, some have compulsions, some women work to contribute to the household expenses, there are many reasons but the biggest reason that was in front of me was happily working at low salary.

In the history of India, our society was called a male dominated society, but since the time women in our country have sacrificed their lives for the service of the country, this thing is heard less and less. At present, the one who has the qualification is getting a job in that field and women are also working along with it.

The government has only paper rules for private institutions, in those rules too, strange benefits have been given which only the institution can do, not the employee. Private institutions have their own unbridled rules where the government has no control.

Today women can be found working at very low salaries in schools, colleges, private banks, offices, markets, insurance sector, small scale industries etc. Whereas a man cannot do the same work. Today only those people are successful whose every member of the family does some work or the other.

For whom is this result of equality beneficial? Naturally, all these benefits apply to private institutions where people are forced to work for ten to twelve hours instead of eight hours. While the health of a person deteriorates, he gets fed up of a life burdened with heavy debt and even commits suicide.

What is the meaning of a job of ten or fifteen thousand in this rising inflation? What has the government done for their future? All the schemes are like a bottomless vessel. The government itself is guilty, otherwise it would not have given old age pension, widow pension of Rs. 500 or 1000 per month.
